one of the best little "hard to find" bars in Chiang Mai! The atmosphere, music, drinks and service were all 5 star. We will definitely return here again sometime

Tucked away in an back alley with just a small light out front, Noir feels like one of those spots you stumble into and want to keep to yourself. It’s got that hidden, underground vibe that makes the night feel a little more special.
