Hidden behind a door covered in keys on Thalang Road, the bar leads you past a silver curtain and up a staircase into a dimly lit lounge where floor-to-ceiling projections turn the walls into changing scenes from around the world. The drinks have their own sense of mystery, with house signatures listed by numerical codes and ingredients that get a little adventurous. Take N.013, a Phuket-inspired cocktail mixing cocoa husk-infused vodka, sake, kombucha, jackfruit, and coconut-bergamot cordial, among other flavors.
