Designed by Ashley Sutton, this submarine-inspired gin den in Phrom Phong is all brass, leather, diving helmets, and drama, like you’ve sunk into some deep-sea drinking chamber built for cocktail lovers with a taste for the theatrical. At the heart of it all? Gin. Distilled in-house, tropical by design, and poured into everything from classics to wild signature serves. The menu leans hard into The Parlour's distinct flavor, with cocktails that are bold, aromatic, and built to highlight the spirit’s edge. From cucumber-bael fruit sours to sandalwood Negronis, it’s all heavy on character, light on compromise.
