Brit Bar sits inside Anantara Chiang Mai Resort’s 1921 House, a century-old teak mansion that once housed the British Consulate, and the room really leans into that history. There’s a solid oak bar, leather armchairs, vintage prints, spy-themed spaces, and a hidden room behind a bookshelf, so it feels more like an old British members’ club than a hotel bar. The cocktails pull from different decades, while the food stays properly British with Scotch eggs, beer-battered cod, steak and stout pie, oysters, and charcuterie.
