It’s not about soaring views, here the BTS rattles past at eye level, the air feels open, and the vibe leans more neighborhood hangout than polished sky bar. Drinks and food are priced to keep things easy, the staff make you feel looked after without fuss, and the kitchen serves way better plates than a casual bar usually does.
