Everything was perfect for our wedding anniversary (special attention). The food is good, the view and the service

Great food, great view, great service

I booked this place for my birthday dinner. I paid a deposit to sit at the edge outside. It was raining so no one was able to sit outside. When I arrived,they didn't even bother to explain why my table had to be changed to inside. They didn't even offer the option to move outside if it did stop raining. I had to ask them if I could if it did. They first sat me at a table that was away from the window too. If I had a reservation ,they should have at least reserved me a table by the window. Luckily, a table by the window cleared up and I was able to move there.I ordered the 6 bites combo,Cielo crying tiger beef,creme brulee,Thai on the Moon,and Leporis. What really disappointed me was that I mentioned I was celebrating a birthday when I booked,but the restaurant did not acknowledge it at all. There was no happy birthday greeting and/or dessert. I paid over $100 for my meal so I think the restaurant could have at least said happy birthday. The atmosphere and food was good,but the service was lacking. I don't think I will be back.
