The service was really disappointing. Some of the staff forgot our order and didn’t even say sorry. No one cleared our dirty plates, and we had to remind them about the birthday cake. They couldn’t even say “Happy Birthday.” Some of the staff didn’t smile or make us feel welcome at all. I wasn’t expecting to be treated like a princess, but I did expect basic customer service. Even a small local restaurant can do better than this. I paid a 10% service charge, so I expected much better service. I hope you can improve the service, especially from some of your staff.

There was a beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff, and everything — including the music and food — was perfect. Even as a foreigner, it was a wonderful place to come alone on a rainy evening and enjoy the night in Bangkok.
