Founders Dominique Salles and Mathieu Campion grew up together in France, and the name nods to the hazelnut trees from that childhood. The restaurant mixes an existing house with a newer glasshouse facing the garden, keeping details like the original parquet floors while giving the space a lighter, more modern feel.
