Celebrate New Year’s Eve at PRIME with a festive buffet, main courses cooked to order and live music. Choose the package that suits your evening, from buffet with soft drinks to buffet with beer and wine. You can add the Silver Lining terrace countdown at midnight.

The evening

Doors open at 18:00 and the live band plays from 18:30 to 00:30. Dinner starts with the festive buffet, then your à la carte main course is served to the table.

The Festive Buffet

• Seafood bar: Fine de Claire oysters, white prawns, Alaskan king crab leg, Ocean Slipper lobster, blue crab, black mussels, US scallops

• Salad and gravlax: Caesar, Cobb, Périgord, harvest green salad and house salmon gravlax

• Cheese and charcuterie: Italian artisan cheese, aperitivo Italiano board, Thai charcuterie board, duck rillettes, foie gras ballotine

• Tartare and tataki bar: scallop carpaccio, tuna tataki, salmon tataki

• Dessert buffet: festive gateaux, tarts and mousses, mini petits fours, artisan ice cream

Main courses, served to order

Choose from wagyu tenderloin, steak frites, boeuf bourguignon, Le Saumon Noir, Berkshire pork chop Rossini, moules marinières, khao soi, pad krapow, butter chicken or crispy aubergine parmigiana.

Silver Lining countdown, walk-in (THB 3,499 per person)

Join the terrace for the midnight countdown. Opens at 23:00. Includes one glass of Champagne and five canapés: caviar vol-au-vent, salmon roe blini, Gillardeau oyster, crab and Gruyère croquettes, and profiteroles.
