Midnight Muse: New Year’s Eve at Azulada Sky Bar

The night is yours. Satin, silver and a little sparkle on the rooftop: a seated Eastern Mediterranean dinner with free-flow drinks, DJs, percussion, belly dancers and lots of champagne, with Bangkok’s skyline all around.

The evening

Service runs from 19:00 to 02:00. The seated dinner is a set sharing menu served to your table, and free-flow applies to drinks only. A canapé station runs from 23:00 to 00:30 for the countdown.

The menu

Eastern Mediterranean sharing menu, served to the table:

• To begin: whipped labneh with burnt honey and pistachio dukkah, smoked chickpeas, smoked eggplant

• Cold bites and cured: stuffed dates, aged wagyu beef carpaccio, bresaola, chorizo and feta

• The seafood platter: snow crab, prawns, oysters, tuna tartare, red snapper crudo

• Meat platter: chicken shawarma meatballs, beef tenderloin, lamb rack lollipops

• To finish: figs and cream, baklava

Packages (per person)

• Regular, THB 13,990: seated dinner with the Eastern Mediterranean sharing menu, the seafood platter, mezze, cured board, meat platter and dessert, with free-flow drinks throughout

• Premium, THB 19,990: everything in Regular, plus reserved front-row rail seating with skyline views, free-flow Champagne, an extended free-flow drinks selection, and a Canadian lobster and king crab platter with brown butter and green herb sauce

• Countdown, THB 5,990: walk-in, standing, doors 23:00. Canapé station from 23:00 to 00:30 and free-flow drinks, regular selection. No table seating.

• Countdown non-alcoholic, THB 2,990: walk-in, standing, doors 23:00. Canapé station from 23:00 to 00:30 and free-flow soft drinks and juices. No table seating.

Free-flow drinks

• Regular: sparkling, house white, house red and Chang beer. Highballs with Jim Beam bourbon, Finlandia vodka, Havana Club rum and Short Story gin. Istanbul After Dark cocktail and a daiquiri.

• Premium: Champagne, wine and beer as above, a wider highball list (adds Jack Daniel’s, Flor de Caña 7, Bombay gin and Jose Cuervo Silver), the Pomegranate Bazaar and Istanbul After Dark cocktails, plus daiquiri and margarita.

The Countdown package receives the Regular drinks selection. House spirits are served with sodas, juices and mixers.

Good to know

Prices are net per person, inclusive of service charge and VAT. All dishes are made with house-made ingredients and locally sourced products.
